DEPARTMENT CREATIVE

Department, based in Bonded Warehouse within the centre of St John's, is our co-work brand launched at the start of lockdown.

Although we pre-let Department to 80% capacity, this dropped to 26% within lockdown. In order to ignite demand for the space I introduced Department Creative to capitalise on the recent surge of e-commerce in lockdown. I redesigned and instructed the fit out of one of our ground floor suites to be a photo studio, built the website, booking system and recruited a social media manager.

Within six weeks the studio was consistently booked a week in advance and the brands as well as agencies visiting the studio began to take office or desk space.
